I am an illustrator with a fine art background, working from my studio in the beautiful county of Berkshire, in England.

I love to work in watercolour and ink most of all, with a smattering of printing techniques and collage here and there. Sometimes I’ll use photoshop to bring these elements together, but all my work starts with a drawing.

Being surrounded by nature from an early age has definitely influenced my work now, and I love to create images of flora and fauna either on their own or set within scenes or stories. I especially love conversational art and am drawn to images with narrative. The Mughal miniature paintings in the Islamic room at the Victoria and Albert museum in London are a particular favourite.
